SOUL SITARE GUIDELINES

We expect everyone on Soul Sitare to treat each other with respect, kindness, and compassion. Hateful, hurtful, or harassing content will not be tolerated. Unwanted sexual content and messages are considered sexual harassment.
Think about this one rule: treat online interactions as you would treat them offline. This applies to your interactions with other members as well as with our Billing, Moderation, and Support teams.
i. Consider what you would say to someone you just met at a club or coffee shop.
ii. Ensure that the pose or outfit would be appropriate in public.
iii. Think about whether you would feel comfortable having a family member or friend read it.
To foster healthy and equitable relationships, we hold our members accountable for how they treat each other.
Below are our Soul Sitare guidelines and moderation standards. If you see anyone violating these guidelines, please report them to us immediately.

1. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to join the Soul Sitare platform. Creating a profile that misrepresents your age as being under 18 is prohibited. We reserve the right to request ID verification to confirm your age. If you are found to be underage, you will be blocked from the platform.

2. Profile names and profile text
Your profile's display name and profile text serve as your first message or impression to other members. We expect both to be respectful and appropriate.
Profile names and text must be respectful and appropriate. If any content is deemed offensive, hateful, obscene, or clearly trolling, we will take moderation action, up to and including banning your profile.
Your listed name should be the name you prefer to be called. This can be your first name, initials, or a nickname. It does not need to be your full legal name, and we do not verify listed names against any form of identification. However, we will moderate names if they include offensive or obscene language or make the profile appear to be fake (e.g., using a celebrity name instead of your own).

3. Profile Photos
To ensure authenticity, at least one of your profile photos must clearly show your full face and depict only you.
The following are not permitted in profile photos: Photos that are heavily distorted or contain exaggerated or unnatural digital effects, making it unclear who you are. Photos with unclothed children.
Any words or phrases that violate our Community Guidelines.
Using the name of a celebrity or fictional character.
Words or characters (other than a valid name) including descriptive words, symbols (e.g., $, *, @), emojis, numbers, or punctuation.
Adult nudity and sexual activity.
Bullying and abusive conduct.
Child sexual exploitation and abuse.
Controlled goods and substances.
Identity-based hate.
Physical and sexual violence.
Misinformation.
Spam and theft.
Suicide and self-injury promotion.
Violent and graphic content.
Photos containing contact information (including phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles, etc.) will be removed. Repeated violations of this rule or other suspicious behavior may result in the profile being blocked.
Photos of you as a child or photos of your children that do not also include you will be removed.
Multiple offenses or extreme cases may lead to the profile being banned and removed from the platform.

4. Platform Manipulation
Any attempts to artificially influence connections, matching, conversations, or engagement through automation or scripting are strictly prohibited to maintain the integrity of the community.

5. Safety Reporting Monitoring:
We utilize both human moderators and automated systems to monitor accounts and interactions for content that may violate our Community Guidelines, Terms and Conditions, or be otherwise harmful.
Member Role:
Members are encouraged to report any content or behavior that violates our guidelines. If something makes you feel uncomfortable or unsafe, you are encouraged to unmatch, block, or report the member involved.

6. Enforcement Policy Compliance with the platform rules as described in our Community Guidelines is mandatory. Actions may be taken against your account if you violate these guidelines, including but not limited to:
Removal of content.
Issuance of warnings.
Cooperation with law enforcement for potential criminal investigations related to member conduct.
Actions against your account for harmful behavior outside the app, including reported incidents on dates, meetups, text messages, direct messaging platforms, or any relevant alleged criminal or harmful conduct.

7. Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to all services we operate under the Tinder brand, covering websites, apps, events, and other services. All references to "service" in this Policy encompass these various services.

8. Data Collection
Types of Data Collected:
Account Data:
Basic information such as name, email address, and contact details.
Profile Data:
Information such as height, gender, interests, preferences, approximate location, and sexual orientation.
Purchase Data:
Information related to debit card, credit card, or bank details for subscription purchases.
Content:
Photos, videos, audio, text, and other types of content, including chats with other members.
Marketing Survey and Research Data:
Information collected through surveys, focus groups, market studies, promotions, events, or contests.
Usage Data:
Data about your activity on the service, including login times, features used, actions taken, and interactions with ads.
Technical Data:
Information from and about the device(s) used to access the service, including IP address, device ID and type, app settings, app crashes, and identifiers associated with cookies or other technologies.
ID Data:
Copies of government-issued ID for identity verification purposes.

9. Data Usage
Service Enablement:
Creating and maintaining your account, recommending members, organizing events, responding to requests, troubleshooting, and processing VIP service applications.
Purchases:
Processing payments, offering discounts, and promotions.
Advertising and Marketing:
Running and measuring ad campaigns, communicating about products and services.
Service Improvement:
Conducting focus groups, analyzing service usage, reviewing customer interactions, and developing new features.
Safety and Security:
Preventing and detecting violations, fraud, and other illegal activities, verifying identity, securing payments, and preventing recurrences.
All activities will be conducted with the user’s consent. Without consent, these activities will not take place.

10.User Rights
Access, Portability, or Right to Know:
The right to be informed about the personal data we process or to request a copy.
Rectification or Correction: The right to amend, updates, or correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
Deletion or Erasure:
The right to delete personal data.
Objection or Restriction:
The right to object to or request a stop to the processing of personal data.
Consent Withdrawal:
The right to withdraw consent for data collection by declining terms and conditions and deleting your account.

11.Unacceptable Conduct
Offsite behavior:
We do ban for harmful offsite behavior. Please report any instances of offsite abuse, sexual/physical assault, harassment, stalking, theft, human trafficking, or anything else that makes you feel unsafe. We take reports of harmful offsite behavior very seriously. All reports are discreet and confidential. In these cases, if you decide to contact local law enforcement, we are happy to cooperate with them as needed.
Harassment:
If you wouldn’t say it to someone you just met in person, you shouldn’t be saying it online. Messages should be respectful, appropriate, honest, and kind. We don't tolerate "insulting statements" or other rude behavior. This expectation also includes interactions with Soul Sitare its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents. Harassing messages will result in a ban. Additionally, profile content must also be respectful and kind. Overly combative or hateful profile essays may be removed, and the profile may be banned.
Sexual Harassment/Explicit Sexual Content:
Exposing others to sexual fantasies without their consent is inappropriate. Profiles reported as sexually explicit or offensive will be banned. This includes kink/fetish profiles and descriptions of sexual acts. Unwanted sexually explicit messages are also prohibited. This includes descriptions of sexual acts, kinks, fetishes, or sexualized comments about photos. Explicit photos or nudity are not allowed. Content that sexualizes or endangers children is strictly prohibited, including visual depictions or discussions of sexually explicit conduct involving a child. Offenders will be banned.
Hate:
Content promoting or condoning racism, bigotry, violence, hate, dehumanization, or harm based on race, ethnicity, disability, age, nationality, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religion, appearance, or occupation/association with a group is forbidden and may result in a permanent ban. This includes symbols of hate groups, racist or offensive memes, hateful slurs, offensive statements, coded language, dog whistles, or references to hate group membership.
Commercial and Promotional Activity:
Using Soul Sitare for unsolicited commercial or promotional purposes is not allowed. Our platform is not a marketplace. Misinformation:
We prohibit sharing demonstrably false or substantially misleading content likely to cause serious harm or negatively impact individual or public safety. This includes content contradicting reputable global health organizations, misleading information on civic processes, and dangerous conspiracy theories.
Scams and Theft:
Any activity intended to defraud or manipulate members out of financial or material resources is prohibited. This includes seeking financial support under false pretenses, lying about intentions for financial gain, or faking romantic intentions for deceit.

12.Violent or Graphic Content
Content that is threatening, incites violence, contains graphic or gratuitous violence or gore, or is disturbing is prohibited. This includes depictions of self-harm. Such content will be removed and may result in a ban.

13.Fake Accounts
Creating fake accounts is not tolerated. Profiles must represent real individuals seeking relationships. Fake accounts and inaccuracies in profile details such as age, height, and location will result in a ban.

14.Reporting
Conduct outside of the Soul Sitare platform can also result in account action. Reports of harmful conduct between members on dates, through messages, or relevant alleged criminal or harmful conduct will be treated as if they occurred on our platform. Please report any violations of our community guidelines by clicking the report button.

15.Note on Malicious Reporting
Accounts creating malicious reports against other users will be banned. This includes reports against Trans or nonbinary users based solely on their gender or orientation, and baseless or retaliatory reports against others.

Conclusion
Compliance with these guidelines is essential for maintaining a respectful, safe and authentic community. Violations of these guidelines may result in actions against your account, including warnings, content removal or further legal actions as deemed necessary.
